Finally, long-term follow-up adds the unique, personal touches that define each patient's journey.”

“My deepest goal is to be the doctor that families find at the end of a long road — after the confusing appointments, the unanswered questions, the diagnoses that didn't quite fit,” he says. “I want to be someone who takes the hardest cases seriously, who doesn't give up when things are complicated, and who can offer families something they may not have had before: a clear explanation, a thoughtful plan, and a doctor who will stay in it with them.”
He added, “I want families to know that when they come to see me, they will feel supported from the very first visit. A neurology appointment can bring a lot of emotions — and I see it as my role to turn that experience into one of clarity, confidence, and hope. I explain things step by step, celebrate every question as an opportunity to help you understand your child’s condition better, and make sure you leave with a clear picture of the path forward.”
Dr. Alsherbini earned his medical degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his postdoctoral research fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. His clinical training was enriched through a general pediatrics preliminary residency and a residency in child neurology at Wayne State University.
