Accepted Insurance Plans
Navigating the insurance coverage process can be daunting, but we’re here to make it as easy as possible. Yale Medicine doctors accept a variety of plans from insurance companies. To verify if your insurance plan is accepted for services provided by Yale Medicine physicians, please review our list of accepted insurance companies below.
This list includes all of the insurance companies that we participate with as a group, although we may make individual exceptions. Before making an appointment with one of our doctors or health care providers, contact your insurance carrier to make sure that the doctor or other health care provider you want to see participates with your insurance company.
If you choose to see a doctor or other health care provider who does not participate with your plan, you may be liable for costs associated with the visit.
