Lubna Pal, MD, directs two clinical programs for Yale Medicine Reproductive Endocrinology: the Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Program and the Menopause Program. She also maintains a busy clinical practice dedicated to helping couples conceive.
Dr. Pal develops personalized treatment plans to help infertile couples overcome specific fertility-related challenges they may face. “It is a privilege to assist couples achieve healthy pregnancies,” she says.
In addition to menopause and PCOS, Dr. Pal’s clinical interests include diminished ovarian reserve, osteoporosis and low bone mineral density, menstrual disturbances, fibroids and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. Her research focuses on the role of vitamin D in reproduction. Dr. Pal and the Yale Medicine Fertility Center strive to optimize patient wellbeing through the application of evidence-based strategies that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
