Large Cell Lung Cancer

Definition

Large cell lung cancer is a subtype of non-small cell lung cancer characterized by large, undifferentiated cancer cells that originate in the lung tissue. This aggressive form of cancer can grow rapidly and spread to other parts of the body, often leading to poor prognosis.
