Radiology & Biomedical Imaging
At Yale Medicine Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, you can expect an experience designed around your comfort, safety, and needs. We tailor each imaging exam to your age, health history, and the clinical question your care team is trying to answer, so you receive the right care at the right time.
Our technologists guide you through what will happen before, during, and after your scan, and we follow careful screening and safety steps—especially for exams that use radiation, where we work to keep dose as low as appropriate. After your visit, your images are interpreted by a radiologist, helping ensure accurate results that support the next steps in your care.
