Biography

Hannah L. Miller, MD, is a gastroenterologist who specializes in treating inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which includes Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. She has advanced training in motility disorders for fecal incontinence, pelvic floor disorders, and constipation.

She also treats people who have esophageal reflux and dysphagia, or difficulty swallowing. “I enjoy treating people who have IBD the most, because it is a chronic disease that requires a long-term, close relationship between the doctor and patient,” says Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller graduated from Dartmouth College and received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. She completed her internal medicine training and her gastroenterology fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital. She is an active member of the American Gastroenterology Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.
