Yale Multiple Sclerosis Center and MS Access Because multiple sclerosis (MS) progresses rapidly, it’s important for patients newly diagnosed with the disease to see a neurologist and begin treatment quickly. MS Access is a program launched by the Yale Multiple Sclerosis Center to provide treatment for multiple sclerosis patients as soon as possible—often within 48 hours. This access to early treatment from our team of expert, fellowship-trained neurologists can be critical in helping to prevent the scarring of brain tissue and permanent brain damage that can occur in patients with MS.
