Long standing interest in limb salvage and management of the diabetic foot. I perform vascular evaluation of arterial and venous systems and have been utilizing state of the art surgical techniques to re-establish blood flow to the leg and foot.

Management of cerebrovascular disease, especially the carotid artery. I participated in one of the largest clinical trial evaluating surgery vs medical management of patients with assymptomatic carotid disease.

Open surgical and percutaneous endovascular management of abdominal aortic aneurysms.

Management of varicose veins utilizing minimally invasive vein ablation technology.

I manage patients with diseases of the blood vessels of the intestine (mesenteric ischemia)
