Melissa W. Landis, MD, specializes in neonatal-perinatal medicine. She focuses on the care of newborns with complex medical needs, including managing breathing disorders that may arise in premature infants. Dr. Landis employs a variety of techniques to support the development and health of these vulnerable patients.
As an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Section of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Landis is dedicated to advancing neonatal care through research in medical education and neonatal simulation.
Dr. Landis earned her medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine, followed by a residency in pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center and a fellowship in neonatology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
