Biography

Lauren Palladino, MD, is a pediatric emergency medicine physician who treats infants, children, and teenagers experiencing urgent medical conditions ranging from injuries to severe illness.

As an assistant professor at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Palladino’s research interests focus on the health and wellbeing of immigrant families, emergency care of children globally, and strategies for improving care for vulnerable pediatric populations.

Dr. Palladino earned her medical degree from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. She completed her pediatric residency and served as chief resident at Yale School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine and global health at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she also received a master’s degree in health policy research.
