Andrew Philip Notarianni, MD, FASE, FASA
Biography
Andrew Notarianni, MD, is an anesthesiologist who specializes in cardiac anesthesia. He focuses on managing anesthesia for patients undergoing heart-related surgeries and provides care in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Notarianni serves as an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine. His research interests include improving outcomes in cardiac anesthesia and enhancing patient care through innovative practices. As the program director of the Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship, he is dedicated to educating future anesthesiologists.
Dr. Notarianni received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in critical care medicine (anesthesiology) at Dartmouth-Hitchcock/Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, and a fellowship in adult cardiothoracic anesthesiology at Yale New Haven Hospital.
