Andrew Johnston, MD, PhD, a clinical fellow in dermatology at Yale School of Medicine, focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions.

Dr. Johnston’s research interests include rare and unusual dermatological conditions, functional genomics, and systems immunology. Using artificial intelligence and systems vaccinology, which uses advanced technology to study how vaccines interact with the immune system on a molecular level, he aims to discover new therapies for inflammatory skin disease and apply them to patient care.

Dr. Johnston earned both his medical and doctorate degrees from Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
