Pediatric Neurology
At Yale Medicine our board-certified pediatric neurologists provide comprehensive, evidence based care in close collaboration with referring providers. Our team provides consultation and longitudinal management of your patient. We evaluate, diagnose, and manage infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems, neuromuscular system, and related developmental conditions.
We are committed to timely access, clear communication, and coordinated care. Our team welcomes referrals and are available for consultation regarding diagnostic evaluation, management strategies, and co-management of complex neurologic patients.
Distinguishing Factors
- Comprehensive Epilepsy Evaluation: Inpatient long-term video EEG monitoring for characterization of paroxysmal events, seizure classification, presurgical evaluation, and optimization of medical management.
- Neonatal and Infant Neurology: Consultative and ongoing management services for full-term and premature infants with suspected or confirmed neurologic conditions, including abnormal tone, seizures, developmental concerns, and perinatal brain injury.
