  • Study HIC#:2000038590
  • Last Updated:03/16/2026

The goal of this study is to develop, test, and optimize MRSI sequences, image reconstruction, and data processing software for high-resolution MRSI on healthy volunteers and patients with diagnosed brain tumors. Aim 1: The purpose of this aim is to validate the performance of the developed MRSI method and test its reproducibility and test-retest reliability for in vivo experiments. We will recruit and scan up to thirty-six (36) healthy adult subjects. Aim 2: The purpose of this aim to test the performance of the developed MRSI method in clinical settings. We will recruit and scan up to twenty-four (24) patients with a diagnosed brain tumor.
