Primary Myelofibrosis

Definition

Primary myelofibrosis is a rare bone marrow disorder characterized by the replacement of healthy bone marrow tissue with fibrous scar tissue, leading to a reduction in the production of blood cells. This can result in anemia, fatigue, increased risk of infections, and an enlarged spleen.
