Kallmann syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by delayed or absent puberty and an impaired sense of smell. This condition is caused by the deficiency of certain hormones that regulate sexual development and the sense of smell, due to abnormal development of the hypothalamus and olfactory system.
