Fibroadenomas are benign (non-cancerous), solid breast tumors made up of fibrous and glandular tissue. They are typically round, firm, painless, and easily movable within the breast tissue. Fibroadenomas are most common in young women and may change in size over time or with hormonal fluctuations.
