Burkitt Lymphoma

Definition

Burkitt lymphoma is a rare and aggressive type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by the rapid growth of cancerous cells in the lymphatic system. It is most commonly associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection and primarily affects children and young adults.
