Qendresa Beqiri, APRN, DNP

Qendresa Beqiri, DNP, is an internal medicine specialist who is part of the Motility Program at Yale Digestive Diseases. She focuses on conditions such as gastrointestinal reflux disease, irritable bowel disease, and the impact of depression and anxiety on the success of biofeedback training for digestive issues. Her approach caters to patients experiencing stress and chronic illness.

In her research endeavors, she is interested in how stress and mental health influence physical health outcomes in patients with these conditions.

Dr. Beqiri earned her medical degree from Quinnipiac University, specializing in primary care. With six years of diverse patient care experience, including work in cardiology and geriatric settings, she is committed to treating patients with the same compassion and diligence she would offer her own family, emphasizing evidence-based, individualized care.
