Christine Meche

Christine Meche, CNM, WHNP, is a nurse-midwife who specializes in gynecology and obstetric care. She diagnoses and treats chronic vulvovaginal disorders (ongoing inflammation or discomfort of the external vaginal area), vulvar dermatoses (skin conditions affecting the vulva), pelvic floor dysfunction (problems with the muscles supporting the pelvic organs), and menopause-related concerns. She also provides support for individuals with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a group of connective tissue disorders that can cause joint hypermobility and other symptoms.

Meche is dedicated to holistic and trauma-informed patient care. She is a member of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and she collaborates within the Northeastern US Ehlers-Danlos Society Network of Excellence to offer referrals and resources for patients managing Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Outside her clinical work, she volunteers with organizations that address chronic pelvic pain conditions and supports individuals who are survivors of sexual assault.
