  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • ½ C chopped peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 C mango, papaya, peach nectar or juice
  • ½ C milk (any type) or nutritional supplement (Ensure, Boost, Premier, etc.)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Place the banana, peaches, nectar, milk/supplement, and ice in a blender or food processor
  • Blend all of the ingredients together to the desired consistency. Add additional liquid if needed
