- 1 cup yogurt or milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp healthy fat source (see below for options)
- Additional protein source if desired (see below for options)
- 1 cup frozen fruit and/or veggie (see below for options)
- Splash of milk and/or water
- Anything you dream up!
- Put ingredients into a blender.
- Blend. Add additional ice or liquid to reach desired smoothie consistency.
