If you or someone in your family need an urgent evaluation, please contact our office at 203-785-3865, and request to speak with the attending physician. We can take your call, discuss your case, and make recommendations based on the information available. Calls placed after working hours will be answered by our service. An epilepsy fellow, with the support of the Epilepsy Service Attending Physician, will triage these calls.
If you or someone in your family need an evaluation following a first epileptic seizure, we offer a way to obtain a timely and comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation usually includes a routine EEG, MRI of the brain using epilepsy protocol, and outpatient evaluation. Please contact our office at 203-785-3865 to schedule a first seizure appointment.

Our physicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. During evenings, weekends, and holidays the answering service will contact the physician on call who will return your phone call as quickly as possible.
Please call 203-785-3865, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for routine phone calls and calls for test results, medication refills and appointments.
Our nurses return phone calls between patient visits and at the end of the day, Monday through Friday. Please be sure to leave a detailed message, including the patient’s full name and date of birth, along with telephone number(s) at which you can be reached. If you feel your call is urgent, please let the receptionist know immediately so that we can deal with your call promptly.
Prescriptions will be refilled within 24 hours of request and are refilled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Calls received after 4 p.m. will be answered the following day. Prescriptions will not be filled on weekends or holidays.
