Rehaler - Partial Rebreathing for Migraine With Aura 1

If you have Migraine with Aura and between 18 and 65 years old, you may be eligible to participate in a free and confidential research study investigating a drug free device, Rehaler.

You will breathe through the device from the start of aura until it ends. Your participation in this study will last between 6 and 27 months and will consist of 2 in-person and 5 telephone visits. A teleconference call will train you on how to use the device.

For your participation, you will be compensated up to $100.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility:

  • At least 6 migraine with aura headaches in the past year.
  • 75% of headaches begin within 10-60 minutes after aura begins.
  • Diagnosed at least 1 year prior.
  • Migraine diagnosed before age 50.
  • No lung or heart diseases.
  • Not anemic.
