Detection of Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

This study will aim to identify new methods to screen for peripheral neuropathy in routine oncology clinic visits, by comparing survey questions with abnormal examination findings.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Inclusion Criteria:

    1. For participation in the survey and specialized examination: Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they have a diagnosis of any non-central nervous system malignancy, their current age is ≥3 years and <18 years, they have received, are currently receiving, or will receive neurotoxic chemotherapy with a vinca alkaloid or platinating agent.

    2. For participation biomarker study/additional blood draw: Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they have a diagnosis of any non-central nervous system malignancy, their current age is ≥3 years and <18 years, they have not received prior neurotoxic chemotherapy, they will receive treatment with a vinca alkaloid.
