Trial Purpose and Description

The goal of the study is to understand the metabolic changes that occur in the muscle and throughout the body in response to blood flow restriction training (BFR) following ACL repair.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the study you must be generally healthy and between the ages of 18-60 years old. We are recruiting individuals who have recently undergone ACL surgery and are enrolled in post-surgical rehabilitation through Yale New Haven Hospital.

To participate as a healthy control, you must satisfy the above criteria, except you must not have had recent surgery or currently recovering from another injury.
