Vertebral hemangioma, also known as spinal hemangioma, is a benign vascular tumor characterized by the abnormal growth of blood vessels within the vertebral body. These tumors are typically slow-growing and asymptomatic, but in rare cases, they can cause pain, neurological symptoms, or spinal cord compression.
