Ventricular Arrhythmias

Definition

Ventricular arrhythmias are a group of abnormal heart rhythms originating from the lower chambers of the heart, known as the ventricles. These arrhythmias can range from harmless premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) to life-threatening conditions such as ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation, which may lead to sudden cardiac arrest if not treated promptly.
