Sezary syndrome is a rare and aggressive form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma characterized by the abnormal proliferation of T-cells, primarily affecting the skin. It presents with widespread redness, itching, and scaling of the skin, along with the presence of malignant T-cells in the blood.
