Nonossifying fibroma is a benign bone lesion characterized by the presence of fibrous tissue within the bone, typically affecting the long bones in children and adolescents. It is often asymptomatic and discovered incidentally during imaging for other reasons. In rare cases, it may cause pain or pathological fractures.
