Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Definition

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a group of blood cancers that originate in the lymphatic system, which is part of the body's immune system. It occurs when lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell, grow and multiply uncontrollably. There are several subtypes of NHL, each with different characteristics and treatment options.
