Left bundle branch block (LBBB) is a cardiac conduction abnormality in which the electrical impulses that control the heartbeat are delayed or blocked in the left bundle branch, a part of the heart's electrical conduction system. This can result in a slower or irregular heartbeat and may be caused by various factors, including heart disease, high blood pressure, or aging.
