Kennedy's disease, also known as spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA), is a rare genetic neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the progressive weakening and wasting of muscles, particularly those in the arms, legs, and face. It is caused by a mutation in the androgen receptor gene and primarily affects adult males.
