Isaacs syndrome, also known as neuromyotonia, is a rare neurological disorder characterized by continuous muscle stiffness, twitching, and delayed muscle relaxation. It is caused by the overactivity of peripheral nerves, which can result from autoimmune processes, genetic mutations, or exposure to certain toxins.
