Definition

Extraskeletal mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare and aggressive type of cancer that originates in the soft tissues outside the bone, such as muscles, tendons, or fat. It is characterized by the presence of cartilage-producing cells (chondrocytes) and can occur in various parts of the body.
