Cleidocranial dysostosis, also known as cleidocranial dysplasia, is a rare genetic disorder characterized by abnormal development of bones and teeth, particularly affecting the skull, collarbones, and jaw. This condition is caused by mutations in the RUNX2 gene and is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner.
