Lifestyle Factors among Breast Cancer Survivors

The primary objective of this study is to understand how and when to implement evidence-based nutrition, physical activity and weight management services for breast cancer survivors after active treatment based on patient preferences and needs. The secondary objective of this research is to understand if there are differences in the needs and preferences by sociodemographic characteristics such as race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status.
