Investigational Gene Therapy Treatment for Parkinson’s Disease

Help us research an investigational gene therapy for improving motor function in people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Approximately 14 adult patients with PD will take part in the study at one of four clinical study locations in the US.
The study will include male and female
- participants who:
- are 25-85 years of age (inclusive)
- have a confirmed diagnosis of
- idiopathic PD
- have no evidence of another Parkinsonian disorder
- progressive disability with demonstrated but insufficient response from continued use of levodopa
- are on a stable anti-Parkinsonian drug regimen
- did not have prior brain surgery
