We would like to invite you to participate in a study to assess axial spondyloarthritis/ ankylosing spondyloarthritis disease activity and management based on your symptom report. You will be asked to fill out questionnaires about your back-pain and general well-being symptoms at specified intervals through the patient communication portal MyChart app on your smartphone

Trial Purpose and Description
We would like to invite you to participate in a study to assess axial spondyloarthritis/ ankylosing spondyloarthritis disease activity and management based on your symptom report. You will be asked to fill out questionnaires about your back-pain and general well-being symptoms at specified intervals through the patient communication portal MyChart app on your smartphone
Eligibility Criteria
All 3 criteria must be met:
- Diagnosis of Axial Spondyloarthritis or Ankylosing Spondylitis as determined by rheumatologist
- Actively following up with a rheumatologist in the Yale Spondyloarthritis Clinic and has been seen within a year
- Able to use MyChart patient communication portal
