Biography

Dr. Andy Beltran is a recent graduate of S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University psychiatry residency program where he served as Chief Resident for two years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at New York University and his Medical Degree at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University. He has a strong interest in Addiction, PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder. Dr. Beltran currently serves under the Consult Liaison Psychiatry Department and he primarily provides outpatient psychiatric consultation services to the Nathan Smith Clinic.
