At the Yale New Haven Transplantation Center, physicians offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary care and treatment for patients with end-stage kidney and liver organ failure. We are the largest kidney transplantation program in New England, a pediatric liver transplant program that is nationally recognized in both patient outcomes and number of living donor transplants performed, and the largest living donor kidney transplantation program in New England. A Histocompatibility and Immune Evaluation Laboratory Services provides advanced laboratory and diagnostic services. We are dedicated to the highest level of compassionate and ethical care, as well as the development of new strategies for improving organ implantation and preserving organs through basic science and clinical research.
