The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of low dose prednisone combined with methotrexate to see if it will be as effective, and better tolerated than the standard dose of prednisone alone in the treatment of cardiac sarcoidosis.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Cardiac sarcoidosis with positive biopsy and/or Chest CT with features of sarcoidosis
- Age >/= 18
Exclusion Criteria:
- Current or recent treatment for sarcoidosis
- Currently taking Methotrexate or Prednisone for another health condition
- Cannot take either drug
- Pregnancy
